Mavins first Lady, Tiwa Savage, hasn’t been having a quiet time lately. The singer has been under fire for raunchy display of her sensuality in the past months.
First was her on-stage erotic dance with a fan, which left her exposing most of her panties and laps. Now, the focus is on her new video, Wanted, where the singer was presented as being totally nude.
Though her husband and manager, Tee Billz, has replied some critics that he fully endorsed the video, that, Tiwa, “can only be the best by being like the best”, probably referring to Beyonce. Yet most of her fans have expressed total outrage at the video.
“I like Tiwa, but costume is unnecessary I will say. However the international picture the industry want to be portraying but we have to always remember we live in a conscious society that frowns at nudity, however the thickness of the shear outfit she wore” she a fan
Another fan opined as follows “Nigerians should stop trying hard to imitate Hollywood. Our culture is beautiful. Those of us out here actually understand how important and safe our culture has kept our people, our children and that why we crave home. But Nigerians want to be Americans so bad, we are losing it! But after the stage saga, Tiwa Savage has replied her critics in clear terms. “You ain’t seen nothing yet”, and it doesn’t appear her husband has any qualms about it.
