Wow! Bar Beach wears new look for Festive (photos)

On Monday night December 22nd, Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola turned on “the Lagos Festival of Lights to officially herald the holiday season with thousands of decorative lights from the entire stretch of the Marina through Ahmadu Bello Way to Bar Beach.

13 year old girl arrested in Kano wearing explosive vest

             
The Kano state Police command today Dec. 24th arrested a 13 year old girl identified as Zahra'u Babban Gida who was found with explosives strapped on her body opposite the Kantin-Kwari textile market, same place where two female suicide bombers detonated bombs two weeks ago killing many.

The Kano State Commissioner of Police Alhaji Tashid Aderile Shinaba said she was arrested by police officers who found her moves suspicious. When interrogated, the young girl said her father was the one who took her to the people who strapped her with the bombs.

Rihanna wraps up in heavy robe coat as she fools around with best friend Melissa

             
Last week she was in Paris to film a video project for her new record, but on Monday, Rihanna was back in New York, where she got to spend some time with her pal, Melissa Forde. 
The long-term BFF's were pictured leaving her apartment, where they fooled around together on the street.

Explosion rocks Bauchi state Central market

Many people died today after a bomb went off at the Central market in Bauchi state, few hours after a bomb explosion ripped a motor park in Gombe state killing at least 20 people. The bomb happened around 5.30pm. Number of casualties is unknown at this time
